Tammy Sittnick
Founder and Principal Consultant, Blue Atlas HR Consulting
Tammy Sittnick is a University of Washington Law School graduate with more than 18 years of combined experience in human resources and employment law. Tammy started her career as an employment attorney at Perkins Coie LLP and Microsoft before transitioning into human resources.
Tammy has held a variety of HR business partner and leadership roles at companies such as Microsoft, Uber, Auth0 and Okta. Currently, she is the founder and principal consultant of Blue Atlas HR Consulting, which provides HR services to a range of clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Tammy has extensive experience in the strategic business partner role, as well as subject-matter expertise in federal and state employment law. Tammy also holds a bachelor's degree in history from Whitman College.
